The South Carolina Department of Transportation (SCDOT) proposes bike and pedestrian safety improvements on the east side of SC 165 from Town Council Dr to Ballpark Road in Hollywood, South Carolina.

The proposed project will construct bike and pedestrian improvements along the east side of SC 165.

The purpose of the project is to improve connectivity to the St. Paul's Playground, Municipal Center which includes the Town Hall, County Aquatic Center, County Library and future growth coming in the area.
