Bridges will either be replaced on existing alignment with a signed detour that would reroute traffic during construction; or bridges will be replaced adjacent to the existing alignment allowing through-traffic during construction. The package is being delivered through a design-build contract, allowing for innovation through design and schedule acceleration.
