The South Carolina Department of Transportation (SCDOT) proposes the design and replacement of the S-756 Bridge over Whirlwind Creek in Orangeburg County.

The purpose of this project is to improve the bridge structure to allow all vehicles to safely use it due to the existing bridge being structurally deficient.
