Bridge Description

The 4 span, 160'-long T beam bridge has concrete balustrades with recessed paneled posts and is supported on 2-column reinforced concrete bents with arched caps and bull-noses.

Significance

The 1929 T beam bridge appears to have been built by the city or county prior to takeover by the state. It is a later but architectonic treatment of the popular and important pre-World War II bridge type.
