The South Carolina Department of Transportation (SCDOT) proposes Corridor improvements to US 1 Augusta Road from Wren Road to SC 12 Jarvis Klapman Boulevard in Lexington County, SC.

The proposed improvements include raised medians, u-turn bulbs, crosswalks and ADA access, updates to traffic signal timing, and updates to signage and pavement markings.

The purpose of this project is to reduce the frequency and severity of crashes along the corridor while maximizing traffic operations.
